B CORP BEAUTY COALITION CHALLENGES COP30 WITH "GOING BEYOND" CAMPAIGN, BACKED BY WORKING PROOFS FROM THE INDUSTRY

As global leaders gather at COP30 to discuss climate commitments, the B Corp Beauty Coalition is launching its "Going Beyond: Positive Actions in the Beauty Industry" campaign to drive systemic change and collective action.
At a time when the world’s ecosystems and communities are calling for urgent transformation, the campaign launches as a comprehensive, three-pronged effort to drive positive change: an Open Letter to challenge world leaders, a collection of Case Studies providing real-world proof, and practical insights to inspire industry-wide action.
Representing over 60 united Certified B CorporationTM beauty companies, the Coalition is demonstrating that a business model based on positive action is not just an aspiration — it is already working and, when amplified, can become a catalyst for change.

"At COP30, we are not just presenting a challenge; we are showcasing tangible solutions and a clear roadmap for a more sustainable and equitable future for the beauty industry and beyond."
A Challenge, The Proof, and The Top 10 Insights.
The campaign is built on three key pillars:
A Challenge to World Leaders: An Open Letter has been issued to policymakers at COP30, urging them to turn words into action — to Act with Courage, Champion the Change-Makers, and foster Deeper Collaboration to accelerate progress.
The Proof of Action: The campaign is backed by a powerful collection of Case Studies from industry leaders and innovators including Apivita, Davines Group, Ecobean, Elemis, Evolve, L’Occitane Group, MaCher, Natura & Co, N&B Natural is Better, Prose, and more. These examples showcase proven, measurable positive actions — from regenerative sourcing to circular packaging — that are already being implemented and need to be scaled.
Top 10 Insights For The Industry: Distilling the lessons from these case studies, the Coalition is also presenting its "Top 10 Insights" for positive action, serving as a practical roadmap for other businesses to follow.
