SUPERVISORY BOARD

The purpose of the Supervisory Board is to define the strategy for the B Corp Beauty Coalition and to unite Certified B Corps in driving meaningful change across the beauty industry. Serving on the Coalition Board is unlike a traditional corporate board role. We are in build mode — shaping the systems, processes, and operating model needed to deliver real, lasting impact. This is not a symbolic seat; it is a hands-on, pioneering role, helping to create something the industry has never seen.

Our Global Coordinator sits at the heart of the Coalition, connecting members, initiatives, and systems to turn strategy into action. By supporting governance, fostering collaboration, and enabling members and partners to engage and lead, this role is critical to ensuring the Coalition thrives and to driving our industry toward a more sustainable and impactful future.

About Leticia Stables 

Leticia Stables is a purpose-driven leader at the intersection of the beauty industry and positive global impact.

She has a scientific background in cosmetic science, with experience spanning ingredient supply, scientific communication, business development, and industry partnerships. Complementing her technical expertise, she also holds advanced foundations in Human Rights and Global Governance, bridging scientific knowledge with systemic impact.

Beyond her role at the B Corp Beauty Coalition, Leticia is Founder & Chair of The Justice Movement, a non-profit advancing human rights in Brazil; serves as a Board Member of Brazil’s National Anti-Modern Day Slavery Committee; and co-led GIFTBOX, a pioneering UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) program for global modern day slavery prevention.
